Body vs mind & soul

I really don’t give a crap about
Unwashed and uncombed hair.
Nor do I care a bit or a lot
About my morning look. Scared
And discontent about me I am
Solely when, in facile mayhem
And in-depth flaws, my all within
Seems to navigate, and when I sink
In earthy pursuits, on mere whim,
The anchor of mind and soul for thin
And insubstantial delusions of sense
Enclosed in a beauteous mesh
Of bare surface, the perishable flesh.
(I give a damn about below lens.)
